Refund policy
SHIPPING
All delivery times begin counting from the day after the order is placed. If the order does not meet the stated delivery timeframe, Sambal Dragon is not responsible, as this will be the fault of the shipping company. All times are calculated in business days.
Free shipping: Free shipping for purchases over €30 or for promotions published by Sambal Dragon will be via standard shipping with a delivery time of 1-2 business days (3-4 days for the Balearic Islands).
Any address change after the package has been shipped or a reshipment will incur a cost of €3.99.
We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

At Sambal Dragon, we offer various secure payment methods so you can choose the one that best suits your needs: credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 days from the date you received the product to inform us. If the product is in perfect condition and has not been opened, you can return or exchange it. The options are:
- Exchange it for another product of the same value.
- Exchange it for a product of a different value and pay the difference.
- Exchange it for a product of a lower value and we will refund the difference.
- Request a refund and receive the full amount.*

One of the following details: Full name or order number.
If your order arrived damaged or defective, you have 2 days to notify us of the problem. The options are as follows:
- Exchange it for the same product.
If it is out of stock, we will exchange it for another product of equal value.
- We will refund the full amount.

A photo of the defect.

IMPORTANT
* In case of a return, we will issue the refund after receiving the product(s) in question.
* In case of a return, only the price of the product will be refunded, not the shipping costs.
* Refunds will always be issued using the same payment method.
* Exchanges will always be sent to the same address as the original shipment.
* In the cases mentioned above, Sambal Dragon will cover the shipping costs (Except for free shipping for amounts less than €30, or for offers published by Sambal Dragon).
